My wife’s battery was done in her 330xi BMW 1/15/24. I took care of the replacement but the ECU needed to be reset. It was late in the day but they got me in right away. I owned a 2008 C300 for about three years, and they took excellent care of me. When I blew my power steering while doing donuts in the middle of winter, they repaired it VERY reasonably. Months later, I had another power steering issue, and they covered it completely on their end. They also fixed a rusted-out subframe, and every service they provided was outstanding. I plan to take every car I own to them. They offer a family-like feel with family-friendly prices. Some repairs were even completely covered by them and didn’t cost me a dime.

Our family only owns Volkswagens, and I try to do as much work as I can on my own. Whenever I come across a problem I can’t fix, these are the ONLY people I trust with our cars. I’ve lived all across the country as active-duty military, and I’ve discovered that 99% of shops who say they “specialize” in foreign cars just say that to convince you that you should pay more for their service. These guys are one in a million—the only auto repair place I trust. I actually feel good about taking my car in, knowing that it’s going to get done correctly and on budget.

I originally went to another “mechanic” for a blown turbo on my 2015 VW. After 3 weeks of broken promises and $3,300 later (which I have yet to recover), I retrieved my vehicle, with my new turbo in a box and zero work performed. After researching local shops I chose to contact . They had my car in their shop within 3 days and took 1 day to repair. The cost was similar to what I was originally charged by the other mechanic. I love this shop, I own a Rs6 2003 very rare and special car. These guys are the only people I trust to do work on the car, very reasonable prices and they warranty their work (with their own supplied parts) which shows integrity, and quality of work.
